Shootout at Wadala
Shootout at Wadala is an
upcoming bollywood movie of which is going to release on 1st may 2013 and
has already created a lot of buzz on the box office.
The movie is based on a famous book "Dongri to Dubai" written by Hussain Zaidi which tells the readers about the mafia gang war in mumbai. The movie Shootout at Wadala is directed by very talented and realistic director Sanjay Gupta who have also directed some of the greatest hits which includes the "Kaante" "Musafir" and "Dus Kahaniyaan". Sanjay Gupta has also produced some movies including Shootout at Lokhandwala which was said to be the sequel of Shootout at Wadala.
This power packed movie seems to be a complete package of entertainment because of its cast which counts the bollywood hunk "John Abraham" , bollywood's Mr. India "Anil Kapoor" , Talented actor Tushaar Kapoor and Sonu Sood. The only actress in the movie is Kangna Ranaut who has also given some wonderful performances in movies like Once Upon A Time In Mumbai.
John Abraham will be playing the role of the famous gangster Manya Surve who was shot dead in an encounter by Mumbai police on 1st November 1982. The story revolves on this encounter incident and hence got the name as "Shootout at Wadala".
Anil Kapoor on the other hand is going to play the role of the brave policeman named "ACP Isaque" who encountered the gangster Manya Surve. The movie is going to be a thriller which is the forte of Sanjay Gupta.
Other important character is played by Sonu Sood. He is going to play the character of Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar.

Just because of the name , the director didnt wamted to harm the film and hence he removed the dialoges and appearance of sonu sood from the theatrical trailer of the movie and re released it after editing on 27th january 2013.
